Customer Rating: Summary: Pretty good Comment: Follows the same formula that made the others so great. Its almost exactly like world tour but with less songs that i like. Still a solid game. I like that you dont have to buy all your customization items but rather just unlock them. Party mode is a nice addition and the graphics are a nice improvement over the last game.
Customer Rating: Summary: My son loves when I jam out! Comment: My 6 month old son absolutely loves when daddy jams out like Tom Cruise, socks, button up shirt, undies. Never gets old.
Customer Rating: Summary: Song List Not Up To Par... Comment: Looking at the box cover you see an amazing list of artists; sadly those songs that pop into your head when you see their names are not in this game. GH5 has very few songs I would really consider GREAT rock songs, at least not thrilling enough to make you want to play the game for more than a few songs at a time, but for [...] it is a decent time waster.
Customer Rating: Summary: Improvements, improvements, improvements! Comment: Wow. I was truly amazed when I saw the graphics on the game. They've improved so much! I'm a HUGE Guitar Hero fan, and this game didn't disappoint, as usual. I really love this new game because there's been nothing but improvements made from the last game. For example, when you first turn on the game, it automatically gives you the option to immediately play random songs from the game that the game selected . . . you don't have to wait until you go to your career or quickplay or something. I also love the new challenges that they added to your career; for each song you play, there is a specific instrument that you must play in order to get the challenge points (it's okay if you play any instrument; you only need to use a specific one if you want to complete the challenge.) The game gives you a specific challenge that you would complete throughout the song. Getting challenge points is like getting extra-credit in Guitar Hero . . . and I personally love to be challenged x). I also like how you can personalize your band logo and name, not to mention all the new features in the "create your own rocker" section. I would recommend getting this game for sure. Especially for the price . . . wow.
